It is a Non-Profitable, Non Political, Non-Governmental, Voluntary, and Charitable FOUNDATION. This FOUNDATION will work for the implementation of the objectives irrespective of caste, creed, religion, race, sex and other human development programs. The FOUNDATION is established to implement all or any of the following objects. All the objects mentioned hereunder will be implemented after obtaining necessary permission from the government /concerned authority or competent authority, and the objects contrary to the provision of section 20 of the Act shall be treated as ineffective.
“LIEN OF HUMAN RIGHTS & DISABLED WELFARE FOUNDATION” It is a Non Profitable, Non- Political, Non Governmental, Voluntary and Charitable FOUNDATION. This FOUNDATION will work for implementation of the objects irrespective of caste, creed, religion, race, sex and others human development program.
- We provide all kind of legal assistance, financial assistance and rehabilitation assistance to helpless, oppressed, neglected people. To extinguish women ,children torture and discrimination towards women.
- To stop acid, rape, drug, adulteration in food, women trafficking, drug smuggling, to establish health center, to solve unemployment problem, to resist child marriage and to create mass awareness of terrorism.
- To take project to establish fundamental and human rights. To take project of air and environment to prevent environment pollution. Information of the development of the Country and activity of the foundation as per rule of the Government.
- The approved Governing Body will be able to include any program consistent with the rules & the aims & objectives of the organization.
- To establish Mosque and Madrasa for enhancing the quality of Islamic education and to distribute free books amongst the poor Alem and Olama.
- To provide assistance equipments to disabled people and help financially and to create mass awareness through meeting, seminar, newspaper, magazine and short film.
- To take initiative for distribution of relief among the neglected poor people.
- To take initiative for enhancing knowledge of science, literature & arts by establishing school, college & university.
- To carry on humanitarian or charitable program among the poor people.
- To train the illiterate and half literate people for increasing their performances by ensuring advanced education system.
